Director of IT Located in Pepper Pike, OHSalary : $100K to $120K Per Year; Based On ExperienceResponsibilities of the Director of IT:Analyze business technology needs, recommend upgrades, and implement IT strategies to support growth.Oversee, maintain, and secure servers, networks, and software systemsEnsure compliance with data protection requirements and manage disaster recovery protocols.Work on IT projectsMonitor network performance and security to prevent and address disruptions.Qualifications of the Director of IT :Long term care experience prefferedProven experience in IT management, networking, and server administration.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues quickly and efficiently.Experience with technology upgrades and project management.Strong understanding of telecommunications, network systems, and IT infrastructure.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsWilling to travel among 10 facilities
