Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to lead our ground-up apartment building general contracting projects. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall project from initiation to closeout, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plansIdentify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as neededCommunicate with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure that project objectives are understood and metWork with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure that project requirements are properly defined and documentedManage the procurement process, including the selection of subcontractors and suppliers, and the negotiation of contracts and purchase ordersCoordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and other project team members to ensure that they are meeting project requirementsEnsure that all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other agreements, are properly executed and maintainedDevelop and implement project quality control procedures to ensure that work is done to the required standardsMonitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for clients and stakeholdersEnsure that project invoices are submitted on time and that payments are received in a timely mannerManage project closeout activities, including the preparation of final project documentation, and the handover of the completed project to the client.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in ground up apartment building projectsProven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office SuiteUnderstanding of construction safety standards and regulationsIf you are passionate about construction project management and have a proven track record of delivering successful projects, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:Ground Up Multifamily: 5 years (Required)Work Location: In person
