As such, there will be an expectation of some after-hours global communication and a presence at the local airports/airlines.\nKey Responsibilities:\nComplete and maintain required Transportation Security Administration (TSA) training and certifications.\nCoordinate logistics, schedules, budgets, payments, and project requirements with customers, vendors, agents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.\nPrepare project estimates and budgets.\nResearch and present transportation schedules and routing options.\nRecommend appropriate packing solutions for fine art shipments.\nBook air freight with airlines and ocean freight with steamship lines.\nCoordinate export shipments in compliance with applicable procedures and regulations.\nCoordinate import shipments and U.S. Customs clearance procedures.\nPrepare export documentation, including Air Waybills (AWBs), delivery orders, packing lists, and related shipping documents.\nProvide in person coverage of Fine Art and accompanying courier at your local airport/airline.\nObtain and prepare documentation required for U.S. Customs entries.\nEnsure compliance with TSA regulations for domestic and international shipments.\nCoordinate required permits and regulatory documentation, including those for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, USDA, OFAC, and other government agencies.\nResearch and compile project schedules, shipping requirements, and critical deadlines.\nPrepare and submit invoices for services provided.\nProvide on-site documentation and courier support at local airport (s)\nQualifications:\nAdaptable with a commitment to continuous improvement.\nHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nResults-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.\nCollaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude.\nWhat The Rock-It Company Will Offer You:\nA growing logistics platform within the fine arts logistics industry providing unrivaled experience and expertise within the core fine art sector and potentially beyond within the other critical logistics platforms within the umbrella.
