Work Flexibility: Not availableWhat You Will DoScan 3D-printed anatomical bone models using a Peel handheld scanner to capture digital mandibular surface dataPost-processed scanned data into mesh formats and export files as STEP and/or IGES for downstream useCreate and manage SolidWorks assemblies composed of multiple components from imported scanned filesAccurately align and constrain component using coincident and angular mates within assembliesModify part geometry within assemblies, including creating surface indentations using SolidWorks toolsPrepare and transmit IGES files for CNC milling program developmentSupport manufacturing and production floor activities as needed to ensure uninterrupted operationsManage and organize digital files within a Windows-based environment in a fast paced settingWhat You NeedMinimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma3+ years of related experienceExceptional attention to detailStrong communication skillsPreferredExperience as a CAD operator/designerExperience with CAM programming with MasterCAM or SurfCAMFamiliarity with Scanners: 3D Peel, Keyence or other similar data acquisition camerasExperience in regulated manufacturing environments$30.82 - $42.63/hour plus bonus eligible + benefits.
