data ingestion and harmonization solutions using Data Streams, connectors, APIs, and ETL/ELT processes.Map source data through Data Lake Objects and Data Model Objects.Configure identity-resolution rules, matching logic, reconciliation, and survivorship policies.Build calculated insights, unified customer profiles, audience segments, and activation workflows.Integrate Salesforce Data 360 with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing solutions, CRM Analytics, Tableau, and external platforms.Integrate Data 360 with Agentforce to provide accurate, governed, and context-rich enterprise data for AI agent experiences.Establish governance standards covering data quality, consent, privacy, role-based access control, and auditability.Implement monitoring for data freshness, ingestion failures, match rates, profile unification, segment performance, and activation outcomes.Define and enforce operational service-level agreements for data ingestion and activation.Partner with Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Engineering, Analytics, Security, and Governance teams.Troubleshoot data-model, identity-resolution, calculated-insight, segmentation, activation, and integration issues.Maintain technical documentation and support implementation, testing, deployment, and production stabilization.Mandatory QualificationsSix to eight years of experience working with enterprise data, CRM, customer-data, or related platforms.Minimum two years of hands-on Salesforce Data 360 or Salesforce Data Cloud implementation experience.Strong hands-on experience with Data Streams, Data Lake Objects, Data Model Objects, data mapping, and data harmonization.Practical experience configuring identity resolution, matching rules, reconciliation, and unified profiles.Experience building calculated insights, segments, and activation workflows.Strong SQL, data-modeling, ETL/ELT, API, and data-integration skills.Experience integrating Data 360 with Salesforce core clouds and analytics platforms.Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce Data 360 with Agentforce.Strong understanding of data governance, consent management, privacy, auditability, and role-based access control.Demonstrated stakeholder-management, technical-delivery, and cross-functional collaboration experience.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant.Salesforce Administrator certification.Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.Experience with CRM Analytics or Tableau.Familiarity with Agentforce implementation patterns and AI-agent use cases.Experience
