This role is responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of recruiting workflows and HR operations, while also serving as a thought partner in scaling HR programs and infrastructure.Reporting to the Director of HR, this position plays a key role in building and streamlining processes that support a growing organization.What You'll DoRecruiting OperationsOwn the end-to-end execution of recruiting support, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS managementManage candidate experience throughout the interview process, ensuring timely communication and a high-quality experienceDrive recruiting workflows, ensuring roles move efficiently from intake to offer stageMaintain accurate candidate data and reporting within the ATSPrepare offer details and support offer process in coordination with HR leadershipHR Operations & Employee LifecycleExecute day-to-day HR operations across entire employee lifecycle Own onboarding logistics and processes to deliver a seamless new hire experienceMaintain accurate and compliant employee records within HRISSupport implementation and adherence to company policies and proceduresPayroll & ComplianceSupport bi-weekly payroll processing, including auditing employee data, timekeeping, and payroll inputsEnsure data integrity and assist in resolving discrepanciesMaintain compliance with wage and hour requirements and employment regulationsStrategic & HR SupportContribute to the rollout of HR initiativesIdentify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiencyServe as a resource for managers and employees on HR programs and processes, HRIS support, and benefit/payroll inquiresBuild and maintain HR reportsPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with direct ownership of key HR functionsStrong knowledge of employment law and HR best practicesExperience supporting payroll processes and HRIS systems Proven ability to manage recruiting workflows independently and drive process executionHigh attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with employees at all levelsAbility to perform essential duties, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to operate independently in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environmentStrong self‑management, prioritization, and ownership of outcomesProactive problem‑solving and clear, consistent communicationWhy Allies of Skin?Competitive salary Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible work environment offering hybrid options, generous paid time off, paid holidays, and a paid day off to celebrate your birthday401(k) plan with company matchExclusive product perks for Allies employeesA collaborative, innovative, and inclusive company cultureThe Pay Range For This Role Is85,000 - 105,000 USD per year(Los Angeles, CA)
