Provide technical support for construction effort including participation in construction planning and design; interpretation of design; application of construction methods; resolution and documentation of design conflicts; constructability reviews, and shop drawing processing. Develop, implement and administer project engineering procedures and other work controlling documents.\nResource Management: Manage project engineering and related personnel functions and activities. This includes subcontractor planning and administration, and work assignments. Interface all on-site departments as required to resolve problems, ensure quality of construction in support of overall project schedules.\nRisk Management: Represent company, project and/or department during A/E, client and project management meetings.\nTechnical Support: Key technical person on projects. May be responsible for one or more small to medium sized project.\n\nQualifications\n\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\n\n4-year engineering degree or equivalent technical training and related experience.\nMinimum of 3 years similar construction engineering experience.\nAdvanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, standards, plus an in-depth understanding of the interdependence and relationship between other functional units required.\n\nIdeally, you’ll also have\n\nExcellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\n\nSkills And Attributes For Success\n\nEstablished technical knowledge, encompassing construction and engineering processes, procurement, project controls reporting, and contract management.\nProficiency in budget management, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.\nExperience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.\nAbility to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt to changing project requirements.\n\nExcited to make an impact?
