You will play a key role in preparing leadership materials, managing recurring schedules, and ensuring timely submission of contract deliverables.\r\nResponsibilities and Duties\r\n\r\nConsolidate weekly inputs from task leads and prepare Weekly Presentations for leadership review.\r\nProduce and assemble presentation materials, including printing, formatting, and organizing labeled binders for distribution.\r\nTrack and manage all recurring contract deliverables to ensure timely and accurate submission in accordance with established schedules.\r\nMaintain organized records and documentation of deliverables, submissions, and program artifacts.\r\nCoordinate with task leads to validate content accuracy, completeness, and alignment with reporting requirements.\r\nSupport the Project Manager with scheduling, meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and documentation of meeting outcomes.\r\nProvide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth program operations, including handling communications, document management, and ad hoc requests.\r\n\r\nRequirements\r\n\r\nAssociate's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred)\r\nMinimum of 3 years of administrative or program support experience within a federal IT services environment.\r\nProficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.\r\nExperience managing recurring deliverables and working within structured reporting timelines.\r\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.\r\nEffective communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.\r\nActive Public Trust Tier clearance (or ability to obtain).\r\n\r\nDue to the nature of the work we support, all candidates in consideration for this role must be willing to undergo the government issued background investigation process.
