DCI Job Requirement for: Sr. IaaS Engineer Location: Hickam AFB (TDYs to PACOM locations) Job Description: Serve as a Sr. IaaS Engineer Implement NSX-T Federation to improve security management Work with platform engineer to establish service mesh Deploy NSX-T at two environments (NIPR/SIPR) Deploy and configure NSX manager nodes Configure Transport Nodes Per Environment Integrate NSX-T to VMware Identity Manager to the NSX-T Manager Cluster Deploy three NSX-T Edges and one Edge Cluster Per Environment Stretch up to one Tier-0 Gateway Per Environment Stretch up to five Tier-1 Gateways Per Environment Stretch up to five Segments Per Environment Test North/South and East/West Connectivity Provide knowledge transfer of deployed solutions Execute VCF implementation Validate site and team readiness Implement management domain and VI workload domain Qualifications: BS in electrical engineering, computer science, telecommunications, or a related 5+ years of NSX, VCF, and IaaS engineering experience Experience with the following technologies: NSX VCF Aria Ansible Terraform Puppet KeyCloak Experience creating and deploying containers Experience deploying and integrating NSX-T Experience with NSX manager nodes Required: Active Secret Clearance Job Type: Full-time $135,000-$175,000 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $135,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible spending account Free parking Happy hour Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Military leave Paid holidays Paid time off Parental leave Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: IaaS engineering: 5 years (Preferred) creating and deploying containers: 5 years (Preferred) NSX and VCF engineering: 5 years (Preferred) Security clearance: Secret (Required) Work Location: In person
