We design, build, and operate highly automated manufacturing cells featuring robotics, vision inspection, UDI traceability, and custom secondary automation for the medical device industry.\nJob Summary\nPosition: Machine Operator (Weekend Shift)\nPrimary Responsibilities\nPerform visual inspection of molded medical components.\nIdentify common molding defects, including:\nShort shots\nSink marks\nSilver streaks\nFlow lines\nPin marks\nOil marks\nFlash\nColor variation\nContamination/impurities\nScratches\nDrag marks\nAir bubbles\nPerform simple trimming and rework using hand tools such as utility knives and cutters.\nPackage finished products according to work instructions.\nCorrectly identify, label, and segregate parts.\nAccurately record production and inspection data.\nMaintain a clean work area and follow all quality and safety procedures.\nDuties\nNo previous manufacturing experience is required—we provide all necessary training.\nPrevious experience as a molding operator or process technician is a plus, but not required.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nReliable attendance and willingness to work scheduled weekend shifts.\nMust be willing to wear cleanroom attire, including hair nets, beard nets (if applicable), gloves, and other required PPE.\nAbility to read and write in English.\nSchedule\nWeekend Shift:\nDays: Saturday & Sunday\nThis position is typically 24 hours per week. For candidates interested in working a full-time schedule, there may be an opportunity to work one additional weekday to reach approximately 40 hours per week.
