Trailer Ops is a new, fast-growing dealership management platform built specifically for trailer and equipment dealers. Our system powers inventory management, sales workflows, websites, integrations, and financial processes for dealerships across the country.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working across the entire stack—from backend systems and database design to frontend interfaces and API integrations.You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining core features of the Trailer Ops platform.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full stack web applicationsBuild and optimize backend systems using PHP and MySQLDevelop responsive and interactive frontend features using JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue, HTML, and CSSIntegrate with third-party APIs (payments, accounting systems, etc.)Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable codeTroubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and system bottlenecksWork with Linux-based servers for deployment, debugging, and performance tuningParticipate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standardsCommunicating and assisting other developers and support specialists to understand and resolve customer needs.Required Qualifications3+ years of professional software development experience with: PHP, MySQL (database design, optimization, and queries), JavaScript and/or TypeScriptHTML/CSS, Linux server environmentsREST APIs and third-party integrationsSolid understanding of full stack architecture and best practicesExperience building and maintaining production applicationsAbility to work independently and solve complex technical problemsPreferred / Bonus SkillsExperience with: jQuery, Vue.js, SASSNPM / modern frontend toolingAWS or other cloud platformsSVN or other version control systemsBasic graphic design or UI/UX experienceExperience working with SaaS platforms or multi-tenant systemsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong problem solver who can think through real-world business use casesDetail-oriented with a focus on performance and data accuracyComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentSelf-motivated and able to take ownership of projectsSomeone who values clean, maintainable code over shortcutsSomeone who is excited to grow with a scaling SaaS companyA person with good communication skills.CompensationCompetitive salary based on experience ($75,000 to $95,000)Performance-based incentives (optional to expand if you want)Flexible work environmentPaid Time OffPay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per yearBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid time offWork Location: Hybrid (must be available to work in Washington County Utah)
