The company operates in a clean, air-conditioned environment with CNC capabilities that include waterjet processing, grinding, laser additive manufacturing, EDM processing, milling and other specialized processes.\nResponsibilities:\nMulti axis CNC posting and programming from customer provided CAD models\nCAD design of fixturing/tooling to integrate with programmed processes\nTake projects to the shop floor to set-up, dry run and prove out developed programs and/or tooling. Lead the project through to customer approval\nSupport quoting of new projects with model interrogation, development and cycle time estimates\nInteract with customers to determine requirements, manage projects, facilitate changes\nSupport Manufacturing Engineering efforts related to continuous improvement and configuration management\nSupport the company’s AS9100 Aerospace and ISO Quality Management\nSystem\nQualifications:\n5+ years experience in manufacturing process development or engineering. Multi-axis CNC programming experience (G code preferred)\nStrong familiarity with CAD/CAM software (Solidworks, MasterCam, SurfCam, NX/UG, etc.)\nAbility to read and interpret a blueprint and write and speak technically with an understanding of GD&T\nExperience in a manufacturing environment and can take developed programs to the shop floor\nMust be self-motivated and driven to achieving goals, yet a strong and positive team player, able to motivate and work with cross-functional team members\nMust be Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel\nMust be a US citizen\nSalary dependent on experience and qualifications.
