Description
What You’ll Do
Serve as a key support partner to firm leadership, managing day-to-day administrative operations
Act as the welcoming first point of contact for clients, consultants, and vendors—both in person and via phone/email
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and help keep projects moving efficiently
Handle light bookkeeping duties, including invoicing, expense tracking, account reconciliation, and financial organization using QuickBooks
Assist with internal documentation and general office coordination
Help cultivate a polished, professional, and inspiring studio environment
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience with QuickBooks (required)
Prior experience in an executive assistant, office manager, or administrative role—ideally within a creative, architecture, design, or professional services firm
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Professional, warm, and confident demeanor with clients and collaborators
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Reliable in-office presence with flexibility to support leadership

Salary
$42,000 - $60,000 per year
