This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.\nLocation : In this US-based position your location will be onsite in our office in Tempe, Arizona .\n\nEnvision Your Experience .\n\nIn this role you'll have the opportunity to:\nFields incoming help requests from end users via both telephone and work orders in a courteous manner.\nDocuments all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or issue.\nBuilds rapport and elicits problem details from help desk customers.\nPrioritizes and schedules problems; escalates problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced technician.\nInstalls, modifies, and repairs computer hardware and software.\nResolves technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), printers, desktops, and other systems.\nRecords, tracks, and documents the help desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to the final resolution.\nTests fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved.\nPerforms post-resolution follow-ups to help requests.\nProvides phone support and training to new users.\nApplies virtualization troubleshooting and support with current VM structure.\nFollows Malware/Virus detection and eradication procedures.\nPerforms hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including PC set-up, installing and upgrading software, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications.\nCreates and manages users and computers in Active Directory structure.\nIdentifies and maintains current knowledge of appropriate software and hardware used and supported by Imagine Learning .\nOther duties as required.\n\nShare Your Expertise .\n\nExperience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:\n3-5 years of related experience providing technical support for desktops, printers and mobile devices, and an Associate's Degree in computer science or related field, or an acceptable combination of experience and education.\nCompTIA A+ is recommended but not required.\nUnderstanding of cloud-based Web Technology preferred.\nExtensive application support experience.\nWorking knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities.\nAdvanced Microsoft Office Suite experience in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point as well as Teams for Business.\nKnowledgeable in Macintosh laptops, components and peripherals.\nCompany asset inventory control and management.\nMobile device management software experience but not required.\nExceptional written and oral communication skills.\nExceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.\nStrong documentation skills.\nExcellent customer service skills to deliver a world class customer experience to end users on a daily basis.\nSelf-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.\nHigh attention to detail and understand the importance of top-quality customer service with a professional attitude.\nAbility to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required.\nAbility to absorb and retain information quickly.\nAbility to present ideas in user-friendly language.\nExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.\n\nIgnite Your Career .\n\nImagine Learning is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
