As we\n\ncontinue expanding through Special Events, Showrooms, Microstores, and future retail\n\nchannels, we are building a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional\n\ncustomer experiences and supporting our long-term retail growth strategy.\n\n*Key Responsibilities*\n\n* Serve as a brand ambassador for Transformer Table and represent the company professionally at all times.\n* Proactively engage Costco members and create meaningful customer interactions.\n* Conduct compelling product demonstrations that showcase the features, benefits, craftsmanship, and versatility of Transformer Table products.\n* Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.\n* Consistently achieve or exceed sales, conversion, and customer service expectations.\n* Accurately complete customer order forms, sales documentation, and supporting paperwork.\n* Ensure customer information, product selections, and delivery details are complete and accurate.\n* Build and maintain positive working relationships with Costco management and warehouse employees.\n* Execute event setup, merchandising, maintenance, and teardown according to company standards.\n* Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales environment.\n* Stay informed on product updates, promotions, operational procedures, and company initiatives.\n* Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development programs.\n* Communicate effectively with leadership and peers to share best practices and support team success.\n* Adapt to varying warehouse layouts, customer demographics, and business conditions.\n\n*Qualifications*\n\n* Previous retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.\n* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\n* Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.\n* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.\n* Comfortable learning and communicating detailed product knowledge.\n* Experience in warehouse clubs, event-based selling, furniture sales, or premium retail environments is preferred.\n* Ability and willingness to travel within an assigned territory.\n\n*Physical Requirements and Schedule*\n\n* Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods throughout the workday.\n* Ability to lift, move, push, or reposition furniture and event materials weighing up to 75 pounds independently and heavier items with assistance or appropriate equipment.\n* Ability to work weekends, holidays, and multi-day event schedules.\n* Ability to travel to various event locations, including occasional overnight stays.\n* Availability to work scheduled Special Events, which may span multiple consecutive days.\n\n*Compensation and Benefits*\n\nThis position offers an hourly base wage plus performance-based commission\n\nopportunities.
