While you'll have a primary shift, we'll\nwork with you to accommodate your availability and preferences whenever\npossible. To help you plan ahead, your Training Manager will provide your\nschedule at least three weeks in advance. Flexibility to work on an\nadditional shift may be needed to support new hire onboarding, meet\noperational demands, and ensure a full 40-hour work week. We believe this\napproach provides a predictable schedule while also allowing us to respond\nto the ever-changing needs of our business.\n\nShifts you will need to be available for:\nMonday-Thursday @ 2am-2:30pm\nMonday-Thursday @ 3pm-1:30am\nFriday-Sunday @ 6am-6pm\nHow You Will Make An Impact\nThe Ops Trainer understands all training materials, conducts training in\nmultiple areas as needed, coaches new team members, initiates\ncross-training with guidance from leadership, and trains team members on\nnew processes while reinforcing safe work practices. The Ops Trainer also\nplays an active role in partnering with the Training Manager to assess\ntraining needs and suggest new learning solutions.
