Construction Superintendent

Our client is a full-service general contractor based in North Reading, Massachusetts, with over 15 years in operation. The leadership team brings a combined 30 years of experience within Boston’s commercial construction market, having previously held positions at larger firms. They have successfully transferred this expertise into a well-established, mid-sized business of around 25 employees, implementing proven systems and processes that position the company for continued growth.The firm focuses on ground-up commercial construction, delivering projects valued at up to $100 million.The RoleWe are seeking a Superintendent to join the team. All of the projects are within the region and require no out of state travel. It's also a great opportunity for somebody looking to join a growing firm with opportunities for progression and career development. Salary for this position is up to $180,000 + Bonus + Benefits Package.
