Key Responsibilities Serve as a direct point of contact for clients regarding commercial real estate transactional matters Conduct market research to compile targeted lead lists and execute structured outreach plans Develop and maintain a commercial client base by identifying and securing new business while strengthening existing client relationships Required Qualifications JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing 3-4 years of substantive experience, preferably in commercial real estate or commercial lending Demonstrated business development or sales aptitude with a client-facing mindset Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law, including federal and state title insurance regulations
