Manager Enterprise Applications
NOTE: Candidates must have experience working for a Bank / Financial Institution.SUMMARYThe Enterprise Application Manager is responsible for maintaining the operational efficiency of the Enterprise Business Applications.Responsible for implementation and integration of new Business Applications. She/he will collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to accomplish the bank's mission.RESPONSIBILITIESManage and maintain the business applications:FIS products: Egifts, Horizon, Prime, FIS AML, Image CenterFIS Echos (Swift Bureau)FircosoftFCCMWorkFusioniCaptureSurety. ...etc.Monitor the End of life and the released updatesPlan and upgrade business applications when it is requiredCollaborate with the Vendors for any outsourcing work and supportWork with the stakeholders to evaluate the current applications and to develop plans for acquisition of any new onesCoordinate with the infrastructure team regarding any infrastructure issues affecting the business applications.Analyze existing processes for possible improvementInform head of IT of any potential issues related to any of the business applicationsWork with Information Security Department to ensure the applications are in-compliance with security patching standardsSupport and maintain the three applications environmentsCo-maintain documentation for the business applications.Work with internal and external auditors, as well as Bank examiners by providing full cooperation and timely delivery of requested documentation and informationSubmit Application Security Reports to the IS Department for ReviewSubmit Application User Access reports for the User EntitlementPerform other IT duties as requested by the head of Technology.Own and responsible for Annual Disaster recovery testing of all the business applications and meet the desired RTO and RPO.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS5-8 years of experience in IT ApplicationsManage the IBM MQ middleware channels for Fircosoft, Egifts (Payment system) FED (Fedwire) and Swift channels connectivity.Bachelor’s degree in IT or a relevant fieldCompetency with BSA/AML and OFAC compliance monitoring/filtering systemsCompetency with FIS SolutionsCompetency with OS, AD, GPO, ...etc.Competency with SQL and Oracle DatabasesEXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING SKILLSStrong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with team membersExcellent analytical and problem resolution skillsExcellent time management skillsStrong communication skills
