This role manages testing procedures, protocols, and tools while ensuring adherence to accreditation standards and applicable regulations, including ADA requirements.\n\nJob Title\nCertification Test Proctor - Junior\n\nLCAT\nBusiness Analyst – Level 2\n\nLocation\nSpringfield, VA\n\nOperating Hours and Expectations\nThis position anticipates onsite work with standard work hours, Monday-Friday\n\nSecurity Clearance\nTS/SCI CI Poly\n\nPosition Type\nFull-Time\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nEnsure testing is delivered in an approved, proctored environment, using standardized procedures and in compliance with applicable laws, external accreditation standards, and chapter 126 of title 42, United States Code (also known as “The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990”).\n\nDevelop and document the process for, manage and administer, procedures to manage the certification tests, tools, and protocols.\n\nQualifications\nRequired Skills:\n\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and at least 12 months of demonstrated experience working in the arena of applicable laws, external accreditation standards, and chapter 126 of title 42, United States Code (also known as “The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990”.\n\nBachelor’s degree can be substituted with an associate’s degree and three (3) year of experience, or a high school diploma and 5 years of experience.\n\nAbout Pherson\nPherson was founded in response to requests for analytic, instructional, and management support from the Intelligence Community.
