Bartender - Madison

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic bartender to join our team at Tuk Tuk Boom - Madison. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting cocktails, excellent customer service skills, and a strong knowledge of bar and bar ingredients. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming bar atmosphere, preparing high-quality drinks, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences. Help develop & maintain a cocktail menu that complements Thai cuisine, incorporating fresh & unique flavors and ingredients. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive dining and drinking experience. Maintain a clean and organized bar, including stocking ingredients, garnishes, and supplies. Follow all food safety and liquor laws, including checking IDs and ensuring responsible alcohol service. Process payments and manage transactions accurately. Work closely with the kitchen and waitstaff to provide seamless service. Assist in inventory management, ordering, and restocking as needed. Contribute to a friendly and team-oriented work environment. Qualifications & Experience: Required: Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and drink presentation. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 21 years old.
