Learn more at jillshouse.org.\nJill’s House is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and engaging Program Manager to provide leadership and oversight for our Weekend Program with excellence, joy, and Christ-centered care.\nThe ideal candidate for this role is a servant-leader who can build trust, drive culture, and inspire a team to serve with care and excellence. Additionally, the ideal candidate for this role will find enjoyment in motivating, coaching, and influencing others toward strong team performance, accountability, and consistent program execution.\nWhat you get to do:\nIn this role, you'll help ensure that our Weekend Program creates a safe, joyful, and well-organized environment for our clients that is aligned with our mission. Key responsibilities for this position include:\nLeading the day-to-day execution of the Tysons Weekend Program\nSupervising, coaching, and developing Direct Support Professionals\nSupporting staff during client care routines, behavior support, documentation, and urgent program needs\nHelping ensure excellent, person-centered care for the individuals we serve\nCommunicating with parents/guardians, external partners, and internal teams\nPartnering with the AVP of Programs, Respite Care Team, Nursing Team, Human Resources, and other colleagues to ensure consistency and excellence\nSupporting documentation, compliance, training, staff development, and continuous program improvement\nServing as a culture leader for the direct care team by modeling Jill’s House’s mission, values, and guiding principles\nWhat we're looking for:\nWe are looking for a leader who is compassionate, organized, and energized by leading by example to develop others and strengthen program quality. The ideal candidate will know how to motivate a team, create accountability, lead through change, and help staff deliver excellent, person-centered care.\nQualified candidates will have:\nExperience working with children or adults with intellectual disabilities\nStrong knowledge of behavior support strategies and person-centered care\nDemonstrated experience managing multiple direct reports\nStrong coaching, communication, and staff development skills\nThe ability to encourage and model Christ-centered engagement\nThe ability to remain calm, focused, and directive in emergency or escalated situations\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, leadership, and time management skills\nFlexibility to adjust work availability as program needs shift, including some evenings and weekends\nA willingness to partner across teams and support the needs of the ministry\nA commitment to affirming the McLean Bible Church Vision/Values and Standards of Christian Conduct\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree and two years of demonstrated professional excellence, with at least one year working with children or adults with disabilities; or\nHigh school diploma with two years of demonstrated professional excellence and at least three years working with children or adults with disabilities in a residential setting.\nAt least 1 year of experience in a supervisory, leadership, or management role.\nAt least one year of experience working with children or adults with varying disabilities is required.\nWhy Join Jill's House:\nAt Jill’s House, your leadership will directly shape the care, culture, and experience of the individuals and families we serve.
