Support PWB layout activities.\r\nCreate system, sub-system, interface, and protocol specifications from external and internal requirements.\r\nSupport the creation of production and engineering test plans, test cases, and test procedures.\r\nSupervise product integration, verification, and validation testing.JOB REQUIREMENTSThe applicant MUST have the following qualifications:\r\nBSEE with 10 or more years of experience in the design and development of electronic systems.\r\nSystems engineering experience working with internal and external customers to develop hardware and software requirements, solutions, and documentation for new products.\r\nSystem design and development using embedded GNSS and M-Code/SAASM GPS receivers.\r\nNetwork design experience including Ethernet and Precision Time Protocol (PTP).\r\nExperience in the design of embedded microprocessor systems.\r\nFPGA design experience using a hardware description language.\r\nSchematic capture experience.\r\nExperience leading engineering development teams.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\r\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\r\nAbility to obtain a secret clearance.\r\nU.S. citizenshipAdditional Desirable Experience:\r\nSensor fusion design combining GPS receivers and navigation sensors.\r\nExperience in the design and development of precise time and frequency reference systems.\r\nRF and Low noise design experience.\r\nEMC/EMI design experience.\r\nExperience in the design of embedded systems including SoC, SoM, & ASIC.\r\nReliability engineering including reliability predictions (MTBF) and Failure Mode Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMECA).\r\nSecurity Clearance.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
