The ideal candidate for this position thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is a hands-on coach for security, customer service and sales.\nKey Responsibilities Include:\nSpend 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment at the airport\nEnsure CLEAR and TSA policy and procedures are conducted with the highest levels of security and integrity\nMonitor & drive security, service & sales on each shift\nManage shift briefings, debriefs & huddles, as well as any changes, breaks, and rotations Coach, mentor, and train the team to meet sales and customer service goals and standards\nOversee asset control & devices - understand how our technology works & be able to troubleshoot when necessary\nRepresent CLEAR throughout the airport, TSA and airline community by building strong stakeholder relationships\nManage incident prevention and responses\nAttend station management team meetings\nIdeal candidates will have:\n1-2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation (i.e. retail, restaurants, hospitality, rental cars).\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate, mentor and influence others.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in an ever-changing environment\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks\nProficiency in using technology daily in your work\nRequired to successfully complete a government background investigation\nAbility to stand/walk for extended periods of time\nAbility to follow policies and procedures set forth by CLEAR, airport, state and federal regulations\nAvailability to work a non-traditional schedule (i.e. weekends, holidays, early mornings, and/or evenings)\nAbout CLEAR:\nHave you ever had that green-light feeling?
