Influence big-picture decisions while still being hands-on with the details Work with an engaged, approachable leadership team that values fresh ideas Gain global exposure through company-wide reporting and consolidation Make a visible impact on operational and strategic initiatives Join a company that invests in technology, process improvement, and career developmentWhat You’ll DoStrategic Analysis & Reporting Lead financial reporting across global operations, ensuring clarity and accuracy Build and refine scenario models to guide strategic planning Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that directly influence business direction Prepare financial statements and lender covenant reportingBudgeting, Forecasting & Capital Planning Help develop the annual capital expenditure budget and track project performance Monitor actual vs. planned spend, highlighting cost efficiencies and opportunities Enhance and automate financial models, processes, and dashboardsCollaboration & Leadership Partner with leaders across departments to provide data-driven recommendations Present findings to mid- and senior-level stakeholders in a clear, compelling way Mentor junior analysts and help elevate the overall financial capabilities of the team Contribute to special initiatives such as system implementations and new business casesWhat We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred 3–5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience Strong Excel and data modeling skills, with ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or Workday) Business-minded problem solver with strong analytical skills Confident communicator who can bridge the gap between finance and non-finance teams Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to make an impact#INAUG2025 #ZRCFS
