Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plumbing Account Manager/Salesperson based in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves managing client accounts, identifying and developing sales opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, selling plumbing services and solutions, conducting site assessments, and collaborating with the plumbing team to deliver tailored solutions. The role requires a balance of sales expertise and technical knowledge to meet customer needs effectively. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Plumbing, Pipes, and Maintenance & RepairExperience in general Maintenance and troubleshooting plumbing systemsExcellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationshipsStrong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively with teams and independentlyKnowledge of sales techniques and strategies is a plusFamiliarity with the Phoenix area and local plumbing codes preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in plumbing or related fields desirable
