This position communicates with customers, emergency contacts, and first responders while managing alarm reports and addressing customer concerns. The role directly contributes to customer safety and peace of mind by ensuring incidents are handled professionally, accurately, and efficiently.Responsibilities• Monitor and respond promptly to incoming alarm signals and emergency calls.• Make outbound calls to customers, police, fire departments, and designated emergency contacts.• Provide professional, calm, and empathetic customer service during high-pressure situations.• Process, review, and follow up on daily alarm reports and related issues.• Identify customer concerns and work efficiently to resolve them.• Maintain accurate records and complete required data entry and documentation.• Provide administrative and operational support to the team as needed.• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.Requirements• No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.• 1–2 years of customer service or related experience preferred.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and commitment to accuracy.• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and the ability to multitask across systems.• High School Diploma or equivalent.• Calm, dependable, team-oriented approach with a genuine desire to help others.• Availability to work assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.• Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening.Pay Range and Compensation Package• Starting wage of $21–$23 per hour, based on experience.• Monthly performance bonuses of up to $600.• Shift differentials for evening and overnight shifts.• Additional language pay differentials for bilingual team members.Benefits & Perks• Medical, dental, and vision insurance.• Life insurance and long-term disability coverage.• 401(k) plan with company match.• Paid training and clear opportunities for career advancement.• Paid vacation, sick time, holidays, and additional company-paid days.• Employee discounts and referral bonuses.• Flexible spending accounts.• Employee assistance programs.• Education reimbursement.• Family scholarship programs.• Employee resource groups and community service opportunities.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
