Recruiters are trusted to do their jobs without micromanagement.Direct Impact on a Bilingual Workforce: With a majority Spanish‑speaking workforce, bilingual recruiters play a crucial role in creating connection, clarity, and trust, making this role especially meaningful for someone who enjoys working closely with people and communities.Predictable Schedule: Monday–Friday schedule with no late nights or weekend expectations.Key Responsibilities For The Bilingual RecruiterCreate and post job advertisements on company website and various job boardsSource candidates using job boards, databases, referrals, and social mediaTrack applicants, hires, and recruiting metricsReview resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screensSchedule and coordinate interviews with department managersAttend or prepare for future job fairs and networking eventsDraft and extend offer lettersCoordinate drug screens and onboarding logisticsSupport orientation sessions and review and process new hire documentsProvide recruitment updates and reports to leadershipOther recruiting and HR support duties as assignedQualifications For The Bilingual Recruiter Must be fluent in both Spanish and English (majority of workforce is Spanish‑speaking)2+ years of recruiting experienceExperience managing the full recruitment lifecycleComfort with high‑volume, hands‑on recruitingConstruction, field, or labor recruiting experience is a plus but not requiredBasic Excel skills required.
