Role Description This full-time, on-site Proposal Coordinator role is based in Portland, OR. The Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for managing the proposal planning and preparation process, developing responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals), crafting compelling proposal content, and ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals. Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders, the Proposal Coordinator will drive the development of materials that effectively communicate the firm's expertise and project approach. Qualifications Proficiency in Proposal Coordination, including organizing proposal development processes and schedulesExpertise in Proposal Preparation and Management, ensuring accuracy and consistency in documentation and deliverablesStrong skills in Proposal Writing and RFP response development, showcasing the firm's strengths and capabilities effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesProficiency in design or desktop publishing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plusUnderstanding of architecture or design industry terminology preferredBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field is desirable
