This individual will help define key business opportunities for the SECURE Specialty Chemicals business line.\n\nThis role will support the Casper, Wyoming area.\n\nThe Team:\n\nThe Specialty Chemical group comprises dedicated professionals who excel in one-on-one sales engagements. The team is adept at problem-solving and is strongly committed to customer satisfaction. Each member embodies a strong work ethic and a proactive “get up and work” mentality, ensuring unparalleled service delivery and customer support.\n\nWork Environment:\n\nThis is a full-time position supporting the surrounding areas of Casper, Wyoming. Please note this position is based in Casper and requires relocation if you do not live in the area. It is not a fly-in-fly-out or short rotation assignment.\n\nA Day in The Life:\n\nThe responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:\n\nDevelop strategies for maximizing the account’s profitability while creating, implementing, and managing an account plan in conjunction with the business plan.\nMaintain inventory levels, ordering and delivering products to site as required\nSources business opportunities\nContinually assess customer service levels to ensure clients receive the highest level of service.\nMeets with customers/potential customers to execute sales personally to develop, foster, and nurture strong client relationships through ongoing contact and follow-up.\nInstitutes programs to identify potential customers and ability to make cold sales calls.\nProactively determines current and future customer needs.\nContinually learning new information and developing new strategies\nProviding weekly updates to sales, operations and technical departments about customer activity, plans and future business.\nUse of basic lab equipment to test and qualify products to be used in field programs.\nCommunity relations\nSkills, Experience & Qualifications:\nA High School diploma or General Education Diploma is required; additional post-secondary education is considered an asset.\nExperience in oilfield operations is considered an asset.\nPrevious Chemical Sales experience is considered an asset.\nA valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites as needed.\nAdherence to all Occupational Health and Safety standards\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prepare technical reports.\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)\nSelf-motivated and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.\nExcellent analytical problem-solving skills and negotiation skills\nConfident, highly motivated and determined with a good business sense and professional manner.\nKnowledge of production processes practiced in Canada is an asset.\nDetail-oriented and demonstrated interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.\nEffective communication and customer service skills\nWhat's in it for you:\n\nAt SECURE, we focus on opportunities for growth and improvement; for our employees, our customers, our partners, and the communities we operate in.
