Consider a career at GotPrint.com and be a part of one of the biggest forces in our industry!\nDaily Tasks and Responsibilities:\nMachine Setup: Configure and set up the ZSK Sprint and Racer 6W embroidery machine, including selecting the appropriate hoops, frames, and thread colors.\nOrder Loading: Accurately load garments onto the machine's hoops or frames, ensuring precise alignment for consistent embroidery.\nMachine Operation: Operate the embroidery machine efficiently, monitoring its performance, making real-time adjustments, and ensuring seamless production runs.\nQuality Control: Conduct meticulous quality checks on embroidered garments, verifying design placement, thread tension, and color accuracy, and making adjustments or repairs as needed.\nThread Management: Manage the embroidery thread supply, proactively replacing spools to prevent disruptions in production.\nProduction Scheduling: Adhere to production schedules and prioritize orders to meet strict delivery deadlines.\nMachine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on the embroidery machine, including cleaning, oiling, and reporting technical issues to the maintenance department.\nPacking and Shipping: Skillfully pack completed orders, fold and tag garments, and ensure proper packaging for direct shipment to customers.\nInventory Control: Maintain an organized inventory of embroidery supplies and promptly notify the supervisor when reordering is necessary.\nSafety and Cleanliness: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area, ensuring a safe and productive workspace.\nKnowledge and Skill Requirements:\nEmbroidery Expertise: Proficiency in operating the ZSK Sprint and Racer 6W embroidery machine, with knowledge of various embroidery techniques and color management.\nQuality Control: Keen attention to detail and the ability to identify and address quality issues during production.\nTechnical Proficiency: Familiarity with machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and the capacity to handle minor technical issues.\nComputer Skills: Basic computer skills for order tracking and machine parameter adjustments.\nCommunication: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to report issues, collaborate with the team, and follow instructions.\nOrganization: Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly work area and oversee inventory.\nPhysical Stamina: Physical fitness to stand for extended periods, lift and move garments, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.\nCompensation:\n-Benefits (Dental, Health, Vision and Life Insurance) offered after 30 days of employment following first of the month.\n-Rate increase opportunity upon successful completion of 90-Day Introductory Period.\n-Clean and Safe work environment.\n-Retirement Compensation: 401K Benefits offered.\nAbout Us:\nGotPrint.com has led the industry with its web-based Global operations and began building a nationwide network of offset printing facilities to provide faster, more responsive service to our customers.
