The role focuses on implementing new features, improving existing functionalities, and ensuring high-quality performance and user experience.\n\nResponsibilities:\n• Design, implement, test, release, and support production Android features.\n• Collaborate with Agile delivery teams for sprint planning and execution.\n• Provide technical leadership through code and design reviews.\n• Communicate technical decisions and tradeoffs to stakeholders.\n\nMandatory Skills:\n• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n• 7+ years of professional native Android development experience.\n• Proficiency with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Android SDK.\n• Experience with REST APIs and modern Android architecture patterns.\n• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.\n• Experience in a SAFe or Agile Release Train environment.\n• Experience in regulated or high-availability environments.\n• Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing.\n• Responsible use of AI-assisted engineering tools.\n\nAssignment Length:\nThis is an 18-month contract position.\n\nStart Date:\nASAP.\n\nAssignment Location:\nAustin, Texas, United States.
