Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus availableOpportunity:/nNuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician / Radiology/n/nJob Details:/n• Work Shift 1 schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM/n• Saturday shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with PET rotation/n• On-call rotation every 4th week on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM/n• Minimum 1 year of experience required/n• Local candidates accepted at same rate/n• First-time travelers welcome/n• Must complete formal radiologic technology training in AMA-approved Nuclear Medicine school/n• ARRT (N) and/or NMTCB registration required with current ODH licensure/n• 1 year PET/CT experience or PET/CT advanced registry eligibility preferred/n• PET/CT advanced certification preferred/n• CPR certification through American Heart Association required/n• Operate equipment and related instrumentation/n• Make appropriate imaging decisions for technique, positioning and radiation protection/n• Administer radiopharmaceuticals under supervising Radiologist direction with proper documentation/n• Practice sterile technique and prevent cross contamination/n• Maintain necessary records including proper image labeling for interpretation/n• Rotate within department and perform exams in acute care hospital and outpatient clinical locations/n/nFacility:/nThis academic medical center serves as a major teaching hospital providing comprehensive healthcare services to the region.
