The ideal worker has 5+ years in drywall repair, plaster, texture, and painting within residential homes- is detail oriented, articulate, outgoing, personable and presentable, and can guide other technicians to follow a specific process to perform quality drywall repairs. Ability to interact with homeowners & customers to solve any issues on the job, and manage supplies purchases for each repair/installation. A high skill level is required and expected to be demonstrated on each job, along with technology proficiency required to utilize company app systems for job management. Eventually, as demonstrated by proficiency, this individual will be full time with additional incentives. This job will focus on the Central Dallas (Downtown), East Dallas, and North/Northeast areas. A valid drivers license is required.\n\nROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nThe operator is expected to have extensive experience in drywall repair, drywall instillation, or general home repair; experience managing work crews is a plus. Candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspect of the project, including scheduling, operational details, ordering supplies, and follow-up. The technician will be responsible for ensuring the home repair is done correctly and efficiently, with managing supply & paint purchases before, and during the repair based on needs of the job. Ability to work independently and keep manager updated on job status.\n\nThe position requires good communication skills to provide project status to the customer and progress reports to the business owner.\n\nPay based on experience and qualifications. Performance bonuses in addition to base pay is possible after training period. Tips are also a common occurance\n\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS\n\n3+ years of working with drywall installation & painting or repairs required\n\nComputer and Technology savvy.
