Job Description Job Title: Dialysis TechnicianLocation: Janesville, WIContract Duration: 13 WeeksSchedule:• Day Shift• 36 Hours per WeekSpecialty: Dialysis TechPosition Overview:We are seeking experienced Dialysis Technicians to join a patient-focused dialysis team. Candidates must have current dialysis certification and BLS/CPR certification.Responsibilities:• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse• Initiate, monitor, and discontinue dialysis treatments safely and effectively• Monitor patient vital signs and document treatment information accurately• Set up, clean, and maintain dialysis machines and patient stations• Perform cannulation, catheter care, flushing, and heparinization procedures• Conduct water, dialysate, and machine safety checks according to protocol• Maintain infection prevention and safety standards for dialysis equipment• Collect lab specimens and assist with vascular access monitoring• Document patient care and treatment records within EPIC EMR• Assist with inventory management and medical supply ordering• Participate in department training, education, and quality improvement activitiesRequirements:• Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT – NNCC or BONENT) required• Current BLS/CPR certification required• Previous dialysis experience preferred• Knowledge of dialysis equipment operation and infection control practices required• Strong patient care, communication, and teamwork skills required• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment• Experience with EPIC EMR preferredFor more details contact athdavda@navitashealth.comor Call / Text at516-862-1169.About Navitas Healthcare, LLC: certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
