This role works closely with the Facilities and Operations teams to coordinate maintenance activities, respond to employee and facility needs, manage vendors and supplies, and help ensure the workplace remains safe, organized, functional, and welcoming.\n\nThe ideal candidate is dependable, organized, service-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and hands-on operational responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nFacilities & Workplace Operations\n\nSupport daily facility operations and help maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional workplace.\nConduct routine walkthroughs to identify maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and operational concerns.\nSubmit, track, and follow up on maintenance and repair requests.\nAssist with basic troubleshooting of workplace equipment, furniture, fixtures, and facility systems.\nCoordinate office moves, furniture setups, meeting room configurations, and workspace changes.\nHelp prepare facilities for meetings, events, visitors, and other workplace activities.\nRespond promptly and professionally to employee facility requests.\n\nMaintenance & Vendor Coordination\n\nCoordinate scheduling and site access for maintenance technicians, contractors, cleaners, and other service providers.\nCommunicate with vendors regarding service requests, scheduling, and completion of work.\nMonitor vendor performance and escalate service issues when appropriate.\nMaintain organized records of service visits, work orders, inspections, and facility-related documentation.\nAssist with obtaining quotes and maintaining information related to facility vendors and services.\n\nSupplies & Inventory\n\nMonitor inventory levels for janitorial, maintenance, and facility supplies.\nPlace or coordinate supply orders as needed.\nReceive deliveries and ensure supplies and equipment are stored appropriately.\nMaintain organized storage, supply, and common areas.\nAssist with tracking facility assets, equipment, keys, access cards, and other workplace resources.\n\nSafety & Security\n\nSupport workplace safety procedures and help identify and report potential hazards.\nAssist with emergency preparedness activities, inspections, and safety documentation.\nSupport building access, visitor procedures, keys, badges, and related security processes as assigned.\nHelp ensure facility policies and procedures are followed.\nEscalate urgent maintenance, security, or safety concerns to the appropriate team member.\n\nAdministrative Support\n\nMaintain facility calendars, records, checklists, work orders, and other operational documentation.\nAssist with invoice review, purchase orders, expense tracking, and facility-related administrative tasks.\nCommunicate facility updates, maintenance notices, and service interruptions to employees when needed.\nSupport special projects and other operational initiatives as assigned.\n\nExperience/Qualifications:\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required;
