AI Solutions Engineer (AVP)

We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer (AVP) to design and deliver scalable, production-ready technology solutions that leverage modern cloud platforms and emerging AI capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of business needs and engineering execution, helping translate concepts and prototypes into secure, reliable systems that can be deployed at scale.You will play a key role in shaping how AI-enabled applications are built, governed and maintained, while working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Development & AI EnablementDesign, build and enhance applications and workflows that support business operationsTranslate business requirements and early-stage concepts into scalable technical solutionsSupport the rollout and integration of AI-enabled capabilities into existing systemsCloud Engineering & DeploymentDevelop and deploy solutions in a cloud-based environment using modern infrastructure practicesEstablish reliable deployment pipelines and ensure systems are scalable, secure and maintainableManage environments across development, testing and productionSecurity & Risk ManagementIncorporate security considerations into application design and development processesEvaluate and mitigate risks associated with AI-enabled systems and data usageSupport compliance with enterprise data protection and governance standardsCode Review & Production ReadinessReview and refine application code, including AI-assisted outputs, to ensure quality and reliabilityValidate solutions for performance, maintainability and operational readiness prior to deployment Standards & Best PracticesContribute to development standards, architecture patterns and reusable frameworksHelp define processes and guardrails that enable scalable adoption of AI and modern software solutions Required QualificationsStrong background in software engineering and application developmentExperience building and deploying applications in a cloud environmentProficiency in modern programming languages and scripting toolsExperience with infrastructure-as-code and deployment automationUnderstanding of software development best practices (testing, CI/CD, monitoring)Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work across technical and business teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with AI or machine learning-enabled applicationsFamiliarity with cloud platforms and modern development ecosystemsExposure to regulated or highly controlled environmentsExperience contributing to technical standards or shared frameworks Additional DetailsThis is a fast-paced, project-driven environment where priorities evolve quickly.
