Use your customer service ability to grow a local agency In this role you will service an existing group of clients with coverage questions, changes and endorsements, billing, and more. Essential Functions: Retain current clients Share technical expertise about insurance - products, coverages, client needs, forms, and proposals. You’ll be involved in both New and Renewal marketing. Complete day-to-day Personal Lines Workflows - written confirmation of binding policies, certificates of insurance, endorsements and audits. Grow accounts by seeing cross-selling opportunities Prepare proposals and summaries of insurance in both our agency management system and insurance carrier’s rating systems. Compensation and Benefits for this role include: Annual salary based on experince Full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Life, Short-Term Disability, 401k match, PTO,) To be successful in this position, you'll need to be: Licensed as a Property and Casualty insurance agent Experienced in Personal insurance (minimum of 1 year required) Motivated by getting things done and checking off your To-Do list Great at helping customers over the phone and email in a timely manner Comfortable with computers and software Qualities: This is more important than education and experience. Working Conditions: We have an office for our agents to use and meet with customers at our Fremont location.
