deficiencies, or conflicts and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving forward.\nCoordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and clients to maintain clear communication throughout the project.\nPerform quality control inspections to ensure all workmanship meets company standards and client expectations.\nMonitor subcontractor performance and hold trade partners accountable for quality, productivity, and schedule compliance.\nEnsure job sites remain clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA and company safety policies.\nReview daily progress and document project status with photographs, reports, and field notes.\nAssist with scheduling inspections and verify completion of required corrections.\nReview material deliveries for accuracy and ensure materials are properly stored and protected.\nIdentify potential risks that could impact project cost, schedule, or quality and communicate them to management promptly.\nAssist in resolving warranty items and punch list completion before project closeout.\nFoster positive relationships with clients while representing the company in a professional manner.\nReports to VP or President\nQualifications\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial construction supervision.\nStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building systems, and local building codes.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.\nDemonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\nStrong organizational and time management abilities.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.\nValid driver's license with reliable
