Electrical Project Manager

Job Title: Electrical Project Manager - High-End Residential Location: Manhattan Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Project Manager to oversee high-end residential projects throughout NYC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing complex luxury residential builds and renovations, with the ability to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining exceptional quality and client service standards. Key Responsibilities: • Manage high-end residential electrical projects from start to finish • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes • Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, vendors, and field teams • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment • Supervise field personnel, subcontractors, and project execution • Conduct site visits to monitor quality, progress, and safety compliance • Manage RFIs, change orders, project documentation, and reporting • Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety regulations Qualifications: • Proven experience managing luxury residential electrical projects • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings • Knowledge of NYC electrical codes and construction practices • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office • Electrical license preferred but not required for candidates with strong field experience What's Offered: • Competitive compensation and performance incentives • Medical, dental, and vision coverage • PTO and paid holidays • 401(k) with company match • Transit benefits • Long-term growth opportunity within a respected high-end residential contractor
