The successful candidate will monitor, evaluate, and optimize the execution of theater-level logistics programs, budgets, and operational sustainment efforts supporting forces distributed across the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR).\n\nThis is a full-time, on-site position, which requires a SECRET clearance. (Top Secret preferred)\n\nThis position is contingent upon contract award.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nProgram Evaluation & Metrics: Analyze G4 logistics program execution data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and mission milestones to measure program effectiveness, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to G4 leadership.\nFinancial Tracking & Resource Management: Monitor and track logistics budget execution, funding allocations, and operational cost data (e.g., funding for theater sustainment contracts, exercises, and equipment maintenance) in coordination with the G8 section.\nData Visualization & Dashboard Management: Design, build, and maintain analytical dashboards, charts, and spreadsheets to synthesize complex logistics and financial data into clear, actionable executive-level reports.\nStrategic Planning Support: Assist in preparing the G4 input for long-range planning documents, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions, and theater sustainment reviews.\nAudit & Compliance Reporting: Conduct internal operational reviews of logistics programs to ensure compliance with Department of the Army policies, statutory regulations, and fiscal governance standards.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analytics, or a related field (equivalent military/federal program analysis experience may be substituted).\nExperience: Minimum of 3–5 years of specialized experience in program analysis, management analysis, or resource management within a DoD, Joint Command, or military service component environment. Experience at a Division, Corps, or Theater Army (ASCC) level is highly preferred.\nTechnical Systems: High proficiency with advanced data tools, including Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query), Microsoft Power BI, and standard DoD financial systems like the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS).\nClearance: Active DoD Secret security clearance is required at the time of application.\nSkills: Expert knowledge of quantitative and qualitative data analysis methodologies, federal budgeting principles, and DoD logistics programming structures.
