Shipping Material Handler – 1st Shift - Panama Schedule

At Sandridge Crafted Foods, we’re looking for dependable, positive individuals to join our Shipping team as a Material Handler. This role plays a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly—ensuring products are accurately prepared, moved, and loaded for delivery.Experience is not required—we’re looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, great attitude, and willingness to learn.This is a full-time, 1st shift position working 12-hour shifts from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a Panama-style schedule, which includes built-in overtime for consistent, higher weekly pay.What is a Panama Schedule?This Schedule Follows a 2-2-3 Rotating PatternWork 2 days → Off 2 days → Work 3 daysThe following week rotatesYou’ll have every other weekend off (3-day weekends)Built-in overtime provides consistent, larger paychecksTime and a half after 10 hours in a single dayTime and a half after 40 hours in a week12-hour shifts = regular built-in overtime → bigger paychecksThis schedule is ideal for those who prefer fewer workdays with longer shifts and more days off.You’ll be working in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment supporting food production operations.Compensation: $20 hourly
