This role focuses on team leadership, delivery ownership, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring scalable, reliable, and efficient development infrastructure. You will work closely with engineering, production, and other stakeholders to define priorities, improve workflows, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.\r\nDaily Responsibilities\r\nDeveloping, motivating and energizing the team.\r\nHaving regular 1-1s with team members.\r\nCultivating the team culture in line with the company's values and goals.\r\nCascading and escalating information.\r\nResponsible for talent acquisition, performance evaluation, professional development, and employee engagement within the team.\r\nOptimizing team processes.\r\nWorking closely with IT and various development teams.\r\nFiltering inbound requests to ensure focus for the development team.\r\nCreating and maintaining documentation and other team artifacts.\r\nQualifications\r\n2+ years of experience as a Manager or Lead.\r\n5+ years of experience in software development.\r\nExperience shipping games or software products.\r\nStrong understanding of DevOps principles.\r\nStrong command of Source Control Management systems (Perforce, Git).\r\nAbility to proactively take ownership, set goals, and drive initiatives independently.\r\nProven track record of effective collaboration, supporting colleagues, and achieving shared goals.\r\nAbility to adjust to shifting priorities, handle ambiguity, and excel under pressure.\r\nNice to have\r\nKnowledge of Unreal Engine.\r\nExperience in containerization and orchestration.\r\nFamiliarity with cloud providers.\r\nKnowledge of security concepts.\r\nSysAdmin background.\r\nAdditional Information\r\nWorking mode\r\nIn-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland.
