enterprise migrations, designed secure cloud platforms, and advised senior stakeholders on cloud strategy and transformation.\nYou will serve as the technical authority for Azure architecture, driving solution design across complex, mission-critical environments, while actively contributing to implementation alongside Agile and DevSecOps teams.\nThis position blends architecture leadership, hands-on engineering, and customer advisory, consistent with CODEplus’s engineering-first culture.\nKey Responsibilities\nAzure Architecture & Platform Design\nLead architecture and design of enterprise-scale Azure solutions, including Azure Government and hybrid environments\nDesign and implement Azure landing zones, multi-region architectures, and high-availability solutions\nDefine reusable cloud patterns, reference architectures, and platform standards\nArchitect solutions aligned with Well-Architected Framework principles (Azure CAF), performance, cost optimization, and operational excellence\nEnsure compliance with DoD security requirements (IL4/IL5, RMF, Zero Trust, NIST 800-53)\nCloud Modernization & Migration\nLead large-scale cloud migrations and transformations, including legacy and cloud-native workloads\nArchitect modernization approaches including:\nRehosting, replatforming, and refactoring strategies\nContainerization and microservices (AKS)\nServerless and event-driven architectures\nSupport migration planning for 100+ application portfolios, including dependency mapping and sequencing\nHands-on Engineering & DevSecOps\nActively
