The ideal candidate has an understanding of accounting and is responsible for maintaining meticulous financial records. The Accounting Administrator engages in tasks such as bookkeeping, processing invoices, and managing accounts payable in a timely manner. The role involves close collaboration with internal departments, vendors, and employees to address discrepancies. The Accounting Administrator's contributions extend to providing documentation of payables upon request.Position Responsibilities Review invoices and enter into QuickBooks Initiate remit advice to vendors, and generate reimbursable invoices for billing of legal fees Vendor relationship management skills to maintain professional communication with vendors and maintain a high level of vendor satisfaction Distribute mail and deposit incoming checks as necessary Enter bank activity in QuickBooks weekly Assist Controller and Accounting Manager with projects as necessary Maintaining vendor files including organizing and storing electronic filesRequired Qualifications Experience in accounting or related field Experience with QuickBooks (preferable) Experience with Microsoft Excel Strong data entry skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, both written and verbal Must have great time management, communications, and organizational skills Must have strong ethical standards and integrity handling financial informationIn joining our team at CCMR3, you'll have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives while advancing your career in a supportive and rewarding environment.
