This role is responsible for cleaning an assigned number of apartments/rooms, designated common areas, and assisting with housekeeping supply preparation and cart readiness.What You'll DoClean, polish, and disinfect assigned areas, furnishings, and fixtures in resident apartments and common areasPeriodically clean windows, walls, ceilings, and doorsUse a dry mop, wet mop, broom, or vacuum to clean floors, routinely and when incidents occurClean, sanitize, and stock bathrooms in resident apartments and common areasPerform the full cycle process for both residential and commercial laundryDiscard trash, medical waste, and recyclingMix, properly use, and dispose of cleaning chemicalsMove furniture, equipment, and supplies as necessaryQualificationsAbility to read, write and verbally communicate in EnglishPrior experience in a housekeeping and laundry position is a plusMust be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinelyMust be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulationsAbout Koeslch CommunitiesWe are third-generation, family-owned, and operated.
