Our Client is busy and needs to add to their current team.The ideal Candidate will have 5+ Years of experience on construction projects in New York city. You must have the abiltiy to run a project and the Team. You will be expected to do the following:Buyout and contract issuanceAIA Requisition procurement and reviewProject schedule drafting, management and trackingChange order issuance & ACR trackingOwner / Design Team / Expediter interfacing & collaborationTCO familiarity & project close outsManage and direct subcontractors, APMs, etc.We expect you to also have the basic skills of reading drawings proficiently, analyze submittals, use Procore, use Microsoft, and use Excel.If you would like to learn more about this opportunity contact Luther at EJ@csrecruiting.com
