Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience through attentive service, menu knowledge, and effective communication. This job is a waitstaff hourly wage plus tips. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly while providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed menu descriptions, including daily specials, to enhance the guest experience and encourage upselling. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Manage multiple tables efficiently while demonstrating strong time management skills. Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math for billing and cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Support host/host duties as needed to enhance guest relations and overall service efficiency. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred, with knowledge of food handling and safety practices. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is advantageous. Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is a plus, enhancing your ability to communicate effectively with the kitchen team. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and hospitality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
