The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s or master’s (preferred) degree in Civil engineering with a concentration in Structures, as well as a willingness to learn and a desire to work on challenging projects.\nTypical Duties:\nStructural analysis and design\nContract document preparation including plans, specifications, and estimates\nParticipation in meetings with clients and project team members\nChecking and quality review of structural calculations and contract documents\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor of Science from an ABET accredited University specializing in structural engineering, Master of Science preferred\nEIT preferred\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nFamiliarity with structural analysis software such as SAP, CSI Bridge, or similar\nFamiliarity with CAD software\nDesire to learn and work in a team environment\nSteere is an equal opportunity employer.
