We’re looking for a motivated, committed, and experienced Retail Manager to help us lead our team.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nAssisting in the development and implementation of operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to advance the company’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.\n\nManage, supervise and direct the activities of assigned staff, and make recommendations regarding hiring, discipline, termination or advancement of employees.\n\nTrain and evaluate employees on a regular basis.\n\nTrack monthly results and trends for business forecasting.\n\nResolve escalated customer complaints.\n\nImplement dispensary policies and ensure staff follow best practices.\n\nEnsure the dispensary’s compliance with security, inventory, and local and state regulations.\n\nManage financial records and cash handling procedures.\n\nWork with Training development (team) to provide education on products and responsible use.\n\nWork with the company’s senior leadership team on marketing, promotions, and the maintenance of reports as they pertain to the daily operations and financials of the dispensary\n\nAdditional Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\nMaintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge and trends.\n\nEvaluations for employees. 30,60,90-day reviews conducted for every employee\n\nQualifications:\n\nMust be 21 years or older\n\nMust pass all state required background checks\n\nPrevious experience in retail, customer service, or other\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment\n\nAbility to interview, hire and develop hourly staff.\n\nPractical and proactive thinking abilities.\n\nExcellent written and communication skills\n\nProficient in adopting new software and ever evolving technologies.
